CI Configurator MyDesign
With the CI Configurator MyDesign, you can design your items yourself directly online.

- EasyTransfer: Upload your logo directly in the online shop
- Direct embroidery: Please send an email to sales@strauss.co.uk with your logo file, along with the items you require and the placement as seen from the wearer’s perspective. Our customer service team will then be happy to get in touch with you

Logo Service
Our customer service team will be happy to offer individual advice on personalisation options such as direct embroidery, emblems, transfer printing, screen printing and laser engraving.
Please have the item codes, logo, and order quantity to hand so that we can find the right personalisation for you.
How to order personalised workwear
CI Configurator MyDesign:
- Select the item you would like personalised
- In the CI Configurator MyDesign, choose your personalisation method (direct embroidery or EasyTransfer)
- Upload your logo, choose one of our pre-designed motifs, or create your text/name
- Select the position and order online – orders can be placed starting from 1 item
Logo service:
- Add the items you want to your basket
- Click the [Personalise] button to mark items for personalisation
- Upload your logo
- Click the [Add note] button to specify your preferred placement
We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the design, placement and pricing.
Logo file formats and upload options
For personalisation, we require an image of your company logo
The following are ideal for a high-quality result:
- Vectorised files (.eps, .ai or vectorised .pdf)
- Colour specifications in Pantone, HKS or RAL colours, to ensure your logo colours are reproduced as accurately as possible
Supported file formats: (pdf, jpg)
Prices and minimum order quantities
The cost of personalisation depends on:
- If you are placing your order through MyDesign or our Logo Service
- Type of personalisation (e.g. embroidery, emblem, transfer printing, screen printing, laser engraving, logo, company name, employee name)
- Order quantity, and depending on the personalisation type, number of colours and motif size
Minimum order quantities:
- In the CI Configurator MyDesign, personalisation is available from as little as 1 item (no minimum order quantity).
- In our Logo Service, minimum order quantities may apply depending on the personalisation
